Enhancing Movement

NDIS Exercise Physiology Services

Our exercise physiologists specialise in working with NDIS participants with disability, chronic illnesses, or complex mobility needs. We design tailored programs that help people maintain or improve movement, manage pain, and build confidence, whether someone is working towards walking independently, transferring safely, or managing fatigue.

Transforming Lives

Is Exercise Physiology the Right Fit?

NDIS exercise physiology is designed for participants who face barriers to movement due to disability or chronic health conditions, such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, or acquired injury. When walking, transferring, or performing daily activities become more difficult, our NDIS exercise physiologists create targeted programs that match each person’s needs and goals.

Promoting Well-being

Our Approach to Designing Personalised Fitness Plans

Our Exercise Physiologists create individualised exercise plans based on each participant’s physical condition and  NDIS goals. We work with people experiencing reduced mobility, muscle weakness, or fatigue due to disability or chronic illness.

Programs may address conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries, and also support those with metabolic or weight-related issues. Promoting better movement, endurance, and healthy habits, we help NDIS participants build strength and maintain independence.
