Our exercise physiologists specialise in working with NDIS participants with disability, chronic illnesses, or complex mobility needs. We offer NDIS exercise programs designed to help individuals maintain mobility, manage pain, build confidence, and maintain improved health and wellbeing, whether they are working towards walking independently, transferring safely, or managing fatigue.
Build strength and mobility
Support for community access
Exercise for better comfort
NDIS exercise physiology is designed for participants who face barriers to movement due to disability or chronic health conditions, such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, or acquired injury. When walking, transferring, or performing daily activities become more difficult, our NDIS registered exercise physiologists create targeted programs that match each person’s needs and goals.
Our accredited Exercise Physiologists create individualised exercise plans based on each participant’s physical condition and NDIS goals. We work with people living with mobility issues and experiencing muscle weakness or fatigue due to disability or chronic illness.
Programs may address conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries, and also support those with metabolic or weight-related issues. Promoting better movement, endurance, and healthy habits, we help NDIS participants build strength and maintain independence.
