We do our best to match you with a therapist based on your needs and preferences. If you’d like to request a specific therapist or change to someone else, just let us know.

Wait times vary by service and location, with many areas offering immediate availability. Some services may have wait times of 2–4 weeks. You can check our Current Availability list or contact us directly to discuss options in your area.

Yes, as a mobile service, travel costs apply in line with NDIS guidelines. The charge depends on your location and the distance from your therapist’s postcode. We’re happy to walk you through how it works.
